How to Clean Windows and Screens Like a Pro
Margaret...I remove screens and hose them then put them out in sun to dry. For my windows however, I use Windex and newspapers. You may use gloves because the print will get on your hands but not the windows.
For the interior:
A damp microfiber cloth should produce a streak free finish. Don’t do on a hot, sunny day. I prefer SuperCloth and use it for glass, screens, and appliances. It is similar to the cloth you receive with glasses/sunglasses. It was well worth the investment. They were under $40 for 4 of them about 5 years ago.
Thank you!
For Outside Windows. Streak Free Cleaner. 1/2 bottle Jet Dry - about 3 1/2 ozs. 4 T. rubbing alcohol. 1/4 c. ammonia, 1/4 c. dishwasher detergent, 2 gallons Hot water. Spray windows with garden hose. Use long handle brush or mop. Scrub windows. Spray with garden hose to rinse. Let dry, no wiping or squeegee needed. Fast and super easy.

Hi Margaret, we mix equal parts water and vinegar in a spray bottle, shake well and spray it onto the window. Wipe off with balls of newspaper for a streak-free clean-up.

First, take an equal amount of vinegar and water and mix them together in a spray bottle. White distilled vinegar will work best for this. Then, spray the solution on your windows and let it sit for around two to three minutes. Lastly, use a gentle cloth to wipe away the cleaning solution and avoid any streaks.
