Rubbing alcohol or vodka.
A damp microfiber cloth should produce a streak free finish. I prefer SuperCloth and use it for glass, screens, and appliances. It is similar to the cloth you receive with glasses/sunglasses. It was well worth the investment. They were under $40 for 4 of them about 5 years ago.
I use alcohol and it works great. Stainless steel is the opposite of being "stainless steel". It's a oxymoron.

A coating of mineral oil will keep fingerprints and streaks off. Do not use any vegetable oil as it does go rancid and sticky.
I worked for a restaurant they used mineral oil on all the metal surfaces.
I use furniture polish :) Works wonders!
