Hi there, PVC is a plastic-like material that you can drill holes through and then screw it to the wall. If that's not really feasible you could consider a big pipe clamp such as the one I'm attaching, screw it to the wall and then set the PVC inside of it before tightening down.
You can use 3M command hooks and hang the PVC. They make all kinds.
