WOW. That is a lot of damage for a long time. You can resurface it but make sure you properly prep it.

I took up most of the cracked stuff because it was flaking so bad, most us less than 1 inch deep, thanks for info
Great info, I have that problem too on my patio. I will look at the resurface stuff.
