Dig out the rotten wood and fill with body filler such as Bondo brand. Walmart carries it in their automotive section. If they are rotted too bad they’ll need to be replaced.

Remove the loose/rotten wood. Use bondo or wood filler to fill the area. Bondo for large area, wood filler for small areas.
