Epsom salt, 1/4 cup sprinkled around trunk, water well. you can do this to any plant you want to bloom
Do a soil test first... your Agricultural Dept. will do free... Magnesium Sulphate is a trace mineral in soil, you may need something else depending on where you live.
Yes, do a soil test! Epsom salts may not be the answer, you may need to add or delete to get all the nutrients correct and the soil test will give you the specifics.
