Will the smell from cleaning with vinegar go away?
I hear a lot of people saying that vinegar is great for cleaning. Will that strong smell lighten up? That's the only reason I have been skeptical about trying it.

yes ! The vinegar smell vanishes quickly !
I have always used vinegar in some form or another for cleaning. Yes the odor dissipates quickly enough. I rather enjoy the fresh, crisp smell.
Vinegar is essentially a mild acid. Acid is not the answer to all cleaning needs.
What are you trying to clean?
Mirrors, generic windex at the dollar tree.
Showers, tubs & tile- depends on if we’re talking soap scum, mold or rust or mineral deposits.
Vinegar will ruin real marble and possibly etch the finish off of granite.
Bathrooms----dawn dish soap, baking soda mix into thin paste scrub with new stiff toilet bowl brush( easier to reach across tub) then add vinegar-fizzing- scrub again let solution sit on any mineral deposits, soapy scummy areas, pink bacterial build-up, mold, mildew then scrub some more rinse with boiling water or as hot as possible-the boiling water also clears drains--make sure you plug drain while cleaning so your cleaning solution stays in tub/shower/sinks until you are ready to rinse everything. Glass, mirrors, windows, shower glass, auto glass---straight Rubbing/Isopropyl alcohol and clean white wash cloth no fabric softener on it (leaves streaks smears) & no paper towels they are treated with chemicals to increase absorbtion leaves streaks & smears;pour alcohol on cloth & wipe glass. wipe inside one direction-vertically, the otherside -horizontally this way you can tell which side you have missed something. Paper towels are expensive and kill lots of trees to make. Rubbing alcohol evaporates asap and is basically what is in window cleaners minus chemicals and blueing agent & it is much cheaper.
The vinegar smell does dissipate quickly. You will be happy with the cleaning results.
