If you don't get a "natural" answer, check into Dyna-Trap. I purchased them 2 years ago and have been amazed at how they have gotten rid of flying pests.
You could try this product. We use it here in MN. It works well! We keep it in a container high enough so our grand kids can't reach it. https://www.fleetfarm.com/store/detail/starbar-golden-malrin-10-lb-fly-bait/0000000265006/2100?gclid=CjwKCAjwzPXlBRAjEiwAj_XTEfNoB5Fo7jEDfp1yKblN5oK_-8gx3L5ACGfjhna9jbRqhcg6MdTlnxoCQucQAvD_BwE

DYNATRAP! I bought it for mosquitoes and found that I have only had 2 flies in my house in the last 3 years. They are kind of expensive, but totally worth it. Get a big one, check out amazon or ebay I bought a refurbished one for my daughter and it works fine so far.
I don’t know anything about Dynatrap but one thing to consider is animal dung. I lived in a developing neighborhood that as people built houses they added fences and dogs. I don’t remember ever seeing anyone ever go out and pick up poop but I did see dogs all around us going in the yards. Grass grew bluer and longer where the grass got fertilized and as we got more neighbors (with dogs) we got more flies. I am a homemaker and was outside working in the yard a lot. Most of my neighbors left their dogs outside all day while they worked. But the flies got unbearable. I’m sure for the dog owners it was better to let the dogs run around outside rather than be pent up all day but they would come home and call the dogs in and that’s it. Don’t know if you have a dog or your neighbors or what but it could be as simple as cleaning up after the dog(s) to eliminate most of the flies.
