How to fix a stall shower?
The floor of my tiled stall shower floor leaked. I removed the tile, and the concrete, all the way down to the rubber lining. I need help replacing the floor. I would really prefer someone who knows what they are doing make this repair, rather than attempting it myself.

Hi Vinny, Here's a video that shows the tear out/prep work and replacement. Lots of good information here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrLGCtk2ngE

Call a few plumbers to get estimates of cost the replace shower, then call your better business bureau they keep records of complaints on the tradesmen. If you can do the needed removals your self and dispose of the rubble, it may save you a few dollars.
Some major tile distributors (Dal Tile, Crossville, etc) in your area may carry a pre-pitched styrofoam shower floor that you can tile right over. My husband is a tile mechanic and starting to use these down here in Florida in lieu of the portland cement mixed with sand base used for many many years. Of call a Tile professional and maybe he can suggest or give you a price to this alternative shower floor concept.
There are “hot mop” contractors who can do this and not charge you plumbers’ wages.
Youve a finite Scope of work from what I can tell.
You can reglaze the shower stall or have it reglaze. Your wall tiles look fine , you can even do it your self by purchasing reglazing kit from Home Depot.
