After you put the baking soda on the sills, the vinegar makes the soda bubble up cleaning in corners as well as surfaces.

It helps to get the built up gunk off of them.
Doesn’t make sense. Water and a few drops of dish soap, old toothbrush will do the job.
You can pretty much use vinegar and baking soda to clean anything. It sounds like a lot of people also use this solution to clean windows.
