What is this flower's name?
I bought it at a sale at the horticulture dept of a local school and it doesn't have one of those plastic thingies in it that gives the plant's name. I need to get it out of its small pot and into the ground and can't remember if it's a shade or sun plant.

Sun plant.
The common name is balloon flower, and the botanical name is platycodon. Super easy plant to grow. After blooming, you could cut it back to stimulate the plant to rebloom. This is a perennial. Meaning that it will come back every year. Quite disease and bug resistant too. You picked a winner!! ;-)
