You can use a steam cleaner (like the kind used for getting wrinkles our of clothes). Just be very careful not to get close to your plants.

Borax, bleach, vinegar and ammonia all have the capacity to kill mold on concrete surfaces. Since they are organic chemicals, they will not be as damaging to plants and people if accidental exposure occurs. However, this is only true if you adequately dilute these household products. So be careful with these.

That is why I stated "However, this is only true if you adequately dilute these household products. So be careful with these." Moderation is key. Too much of anything can be bad for you. We all need to use common sense.

Protect plants from overspray by rinsing with water before and after application or covering them, We do not recommend using our product within 100 ft. of any pond, lake, or stream. Wet & Forget does not reactivate, but you should keep people and pets off the wet surface when applying until it has fully dried, drying time (4-5 hrs).Once Wet & Forget has dried, the surface is fine to be on. You do not need to worry about tracking the product in after it’s fully dried and has become wet again from rain.info. from manufacturers..FYI--- One of the most common types of disinfectants found in cleaners are quaternary ammonium compounds (quats). Quats are known to cause asthma and allergies. Some are also endocrine disruptors and contribute to the formation of cancer-causing nitrosamines.

A type of quat found in Lysol,Wet & Forget it and Clorox disinfectant cleaners is Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride. According to Environmental Working Group, this chemical poses a high risk for human health and can affect the organs and systems in your body, including your respiratory system.
