How to fix wood rot on interior patio window frame?
This is the wood frame of my 3 window patio door - bulging wood - not sure when this damage happened. Is not wet now. Looking for type of professional that would be able to assess damage and fix.

If it's just the window frame you should be able to replace the wood. There is likely some kind of leak in the window that is letting water in. Try Angie's List to find someone local who can fix it.

probably not even solid wood pressed board/MDF will do this if it gets wet; maybe termite damage and not water at all definitely need good licensed handy man or carpenter call homeowners insurance or home warranty to help with coverage finding good pro. definitely going to be more than deductable if it's termites or also in flooring or if you have basement
Stay away from handymen, they're a jack of all trades and a master of none. You need a carpenter/builder/contractor to look at and fix this. First thing is to figure out how this happened and fix it, then repair the damage.
That wood looks like not only rot but also warped. That board would be easy to replace but there may be more damage behind it in the wall. You need a carpenter.
