Hi Victoria, paint, always a sure and economical way to improve the look of anything!Give it a light sanding, make sure it is clean and dry and paint away!
Chalk paint works great for redoing a cabinet. Make sure the surface is smooth, if it has damage, sand it out. Then clean well. Use some mean green diluted to 20% and 80% water, clean it well and then clean again with plain water to make sure it's all removed. Then once it's dry, apply chalk paint in thin layers, letting dry between each. Amy Howard One step paint is WAY better than any other kind.
