Air is very important. So open the window or a fan or both will help keep your plants from getting fungus. You may need to water every day, depending on how hot it is and how big the plant pots are.
Usually greenhouses are used to protect plants from very cold weather. Since your weather isn't cold right now you need to open up your greenhouse as much as possible and probably run a fan in there.
