How do I repaint a plastic children's slide?
I have an old wood playground set that we inherited when we bought our house. My husband and I redid the wood part and it looks gorgeous but I don't know how to repaint the old plastic slide that is attached to it.

Hi, you can use the Krylon plastic paint, I have attached a picture, looks great in metallic, follow directions exactly and it should turn out great!!
You can buy spray paints suitable for use on plastic from your hardware store.
Krylon fusion spray paint made for plastic. Bonds on a molecular level. Several light coats will give you a smooth finish. No sealer needed.
I’m wondering if you followed through. I’ve read conflicting reports on how painting slides has turned out. Is your slide still slidey? Is it holding up well?
Have the kids sit on wax paper, yup just the old fashion wax paper and it will make it nice and slippery!
Oh that's awesome! I'll try that. Thanks Dianne!
