Rent a carpet shampooer and use the upholstery attachment. Use whatever cleaners appropriate for the stain

First vacuum the mattress, then sprinkle the entire mattress with baking soda. Dampen the parts which are stained and let that all dry. Once it's dried, vacuum off the baking soda. Next, I'd spray the stains that are left with a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water (1 hydro/3 water) hydrogen peroxide will bleach out stains and also kill germs. I hope that helps.
