There are so many styles and techniques out there! One thing I've seen in most, though, is lots of ribbon. Most bridesmaids bouquets are wrapped in several yards of ribbon per bouquet

A friend recently made her own bridesmaid's bouquets with lavender. It's very inexpensive and available online. (apx. 250 stems for $25.00) She tied ea. bouquet with a ribbon to match her vineyard theme. She incorporated the leftover stems into her centerpieces. Best wishes! :)
You could use fresh or silk flowers. Silk give you more time to prep in advance, but can be very expensive.
