This works on showers, floors and toilets

Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.

Hi Tricia, I have incredibly hard water and stubbornly refuse to get a water softener. I've never had any luck with vinegar or baking soda or any of the other natural solutions out there. Unless I was willing to clean and scrub my toilet (and my showers and tubs) literally DAILY. So, for me (and I hate this because I've gone all natural in my home otherwise) I use a toilet bowl cleaner called The Works. It stinks up to high heaven and is incredibly toxic but, like its name suggest, it works. Good luck!

Lysol toilet bowl cleaner in the black squirt bottle with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser got stains out of mine that even bleach wouldn't take out.
