Hi Judy. The laminate is glued to a substrate. Try using a putty knife where the laminate has lifted, moving it back and forth to break it loose from the substrate. You may get lucky and the laminate is not glued completely. If you can't get it up, you can trying re-gluing with a strong glue. Use something heavy to put on top of the laminate until it dries -- usually 24 to 48 hours. Good luck.
If it's warped it may mean the substrate has gotten wet and swelled. Removing the laminate is almost impossible. It's glued down with contact cement which is a permanent bond. If the laminate just got unstuc, the glua can sometimes be reactivated with a cloth and an iron set to medium heat. Ironing the laminate softens the glue and using a rolling pin, can of vegetaqbles, or a piece of 2X4 can be rubbed back down.
Both Bijous and William are right. Hopefully your substrate is in good condition and you can simply reglue your laminate
