Christal....You may need to call in a professional to look at it

  • Call a repair person. If too expensive to fix, might be time for a new refrigerator. Before you go that far, when was the last time the coils were cleaned?

Having rental property I have "several" refrigerators. When you find water in the bottom of the refrigerator it is usually a clogged condensate line. Easy fix check videos on you tube. Not cooling properly can be the coils are dirty, a quick vacuuming OR sometimes the setting between the freezer and refrigerator are NOT adjusted properly or something may be blocking the vent in either the refrigerator or freezer.

Is the compressor fan working, they can get dirty just like your ceiling fans and the drag could cause the hum.

    Good luck
