It shows every little spot. I need to know what to clean it with: old facecloth, paper towel, old undershirt. Help.....it’s disgusting and shows up due to the bright lights.

If you have a mircofiber mop, it works great for cleaning mirrors!
Just use warm water along with 1/4 cup vinegar and wipe. Then use a lint free clean cloth to wipe off the moisture and it will shine. No streaks. I use this on all my windows too, no sprays, as they leave a messy film.
Microfiber cloth and water only is how I keep mine clean. I love SuperCloth and it use it for all glass and even stainless steel.

Using a microfiber towel, wipe the mirror. Starting from the upper right corner, start cleaning the mirror and move towards the left corner. Once you get to the bottom of the glass, continue wiping downward in a zigzag motion. Wiping in this manner keeps the surface free of streaks.
Try using Surgical Spiirit and Crunched up Newspaper.
