Hi Charlene. Begin by cleaning both cup and saucer. Then place the cup on its side on top of the saucer, with handle facing up. Mix up a very small amount of epoxy and place it under the base of the cup and set it down on the saucer. Hold it 30 seconds. Let it dry for 2 hours. Tie a piece of twine to the handle of the cup and hang in tree. Fill with bird seed.
