consult the dealer about the seats etc. RV's use different materials than stick built, and the load needs to be balanced. there are also weight restrictions.
I would look for an RV wrecking yard and see if you can pick up a couple of those swivel recliner captains chairs, you can always have them re-upolstered if you don't like the fabric. If your current table has one of those center posts, I would just have a new top cut and add a few hinges to make it drop leaf.
For safety reasons, the chairs are not something you should consider building. I agree with William, visit a salvage yard.
