Yes many cans of spray paint.
You sure can! Get some spray paint in the color of your choice. After it's done, it will look fabulous!
Yes, I recommend spray painting it.
Spray paint for sure. I just finished spray painting two twin wicker headboards to use for my king bed.
Read the label on the spray can to see if it is recommended for wicker. You may need to use one for fabric as wicker is porous unless it has a clear coat, again another problem to consider.
First, check to make sure this is actually wicker and not plastic. Once you know the material for sure, get the proper spray paint for your use. If there is a seal coat over the wicker, you might need to put a primer coat on first. Read the labels and go to a specialty paint store to ask if you're uncertain. Definitely use spray paint as it will be able to get inside all the weaving. Do many THIN coats to prevent unwanted build up or drips.
If the inside has anything you don't want to get paint on, do put newspaper over that and tape up the edges. You might want to even wallpaper or apply a beautiful peel and stick wallpaper to the inside! 😎
