Our contractor installed ours, cold and hot water is piped from garage to exterior wall, concrete pan that drains to swale in the yard.
We upgraded, applied T11 over the lattice and installed a swing door for privacy and a shelf area for shampoo and soap.
Consider if you want a handheld or foot spray options.
Previously we had a pricey Orvis cold water-garden hose hook up-shower and it was not very appealing or enjoyable . Put it on Craigslist.

Here's a simple answer... this is an outdoor shower kit. After finding it for you, I'm thinking about it at my house. LOL I love the simplicity of it! And they have these white vinyl surrounds too!! I guess you could have the plumber run a hot and cold line out then just simply hook up the shower kit to it. If you're in a cold weather area, be sure to disconnect the shower in the fall before it freezes. FUN!! Love it!
