How do you use apple cider vinegar to kill insects?

    Hi Laurie: If you are talking about gnats, all you need to do is get a little dish and put some cider vinegar in in with a few drops of liquid dish soap. The gnats will fly in and die. Here's a site that might help: There are hints on this site about other bugs, too :) Good luck

    I use it to kill fruit flies. About an inch of the vinegar, about an inch of water and a squirt of dish detergent in a glass bowl. I stir it just enough to make a few bubbles. Sit it near where you see them. Rinse out and mix more as it starts to evaporate and fill with fruit flies.
