Would like it to come out straight from the garage about 4 feet into a incline. We will be using it for our vehicles. The entrance is about 14 inches from the ground.

Here's one plan for you Ann!
http://howtospecialist.com/outdoor/shed/how-to-build-a-shed-ramp
We put 2 x 6 ramps and leaned them against the shed just under the door and on top of the foundation. Then my husband laid a piece of plywood over them and nailed them. It stayed real well but he put some spikes at the end to ensure it stayed and bricks under the top part to help support. It was an easy fix and could be moved since it was not attached (so we could mow etc)
You could do it out of wood or cement cut a small wedge for the sides then lay board on it the wedge should be as thick as the hight of the shed
Thank You for all your help.
I used two deck-boards and set them apart the width of my lawn tractor tires. I re-enforced them by screwing angle iron along the length of the deck boards. I salvaged the angle iron from an old bed frame.
They are connected to the shed floor by hinges so they fold up when not in use. If you can picture it- they stand on end in the doorway when the shed door is closed. Bungee cords stretched across the doorway keeps them from falling into the shed.
If you decide to go this route, let me know and I will share some photos.
