How do I protect my vegetables from squirrels and raccoons?
Every year the critters come and eat all our veggies. They steal the flowers off zucchini and eat the fruit itself, eat tomatoes, etc. We tried hot pepper ( they seem immune to it), netting (they get under it). Help.

Hi Anet,
You may have to dig down and place a wire mesh fence around your plants. This would limit the raccoons. But both are skilled climbers so you may need to cover the top as well.
Have you considered a raised bed, also with a cover?
