You can make a small one with a small water pump available in most home improvement stores, and some containers set close to each other to have the water over flow and pour into the next lower level. I have done them with terra cotta pots, old tea pots, and even strawberry pots. The water will flow down to the bottom level for the pump to pipe it back up to the top again, so sizes and volumes of each level may be a consideration too. Good luck!
