E6000 glue
Yes. You just have to use the right adhesive. Loc-tite 2G glass glue is great because it's clear, plus it's heat resistant. Also Gorilla Glue clear is a good choice.

Clear Super glue for fast bonding. Gorilla glue works well, as well as original Super Glue. The Loc-tite 2G glass glue Dima mentioned is good. E6000 works well but takes long time to set up/dry(A full cure takes between 24 and 72 hours. Remember, temperature and humidity will affect dry time. I use E 6000. Be sure to buy a clear drying glue.
E 6000 is your best bet
