You stated in an DIY Project ,that any Tupperware lids& container are understand can be shipped back to company . Then they will send you a new lid &bowl. Thank You for that important tip of information .

Yes, Tupperware continues to honor their long time warranty of ' lifetime replacement if defective'.
One part of the return procedure that has changed however, is that you can no longer exchange defective pieces with a individual Tupperware Representative.
To receive a replacement you must now contact Tupperware directly.
You can now submit a warranty request on line.

Yes, Donald that is true. We were married 35 yrs and one of my wedding gifts had been a tupperware mixing bowl with pour spout that cracked. I found a Tupperware dealer in my own town on facebook and they exchanged it for me, she even brought it to my house and I gave her the old bowl. That might be another way for you to get it replaced.
