This is your HVAC system?
It is possible you have a Freon leak. I would call a repair person.
Is the unit on the ground or the roof or a window unit? Turn the unit it off at thermostat......also should be on a breaker in the eletrical box flip the breaker(s) off. central units might even be on 2 separate ones 1 for air handler 1 for condenser so you need to flip off both. Either the condensation drain hose is blocked/clogged or pump is messed up. Could also be from coils need professional for those. ou don't say what kind/brand of unit you have so I cannot tell you where the drain is.......here is info. ways to clear the drain line https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+unclog+ac+drain+hose&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS750US750&oq=how+to+unclog+ac+drain+hose&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l3.8178j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
If your air conditioner has a drain hose on it, try blowing on the end of it. If you can't blow through it, run a wire or small stiff object through it to unplug it. Make certain something hasn't bumped the hose so it routes the water into your basement. Fasten the end down so it's far away from your house.
If you have a central AC unit, flip the breaker at the breaker box for your home that powers the AC.
