How to make a weed killer?

    1 gallon of white vinegar, mix in 1 cup of salt and 8 drops of dishwashing detergent.

    Fill a spray bottle for easy use. It's my favorite for Poison Ivy .

    Mix equal parts white vinegar and water in a spray bottle and spray on the weeds. They should take about a week to kill. Or pour boiling water on them to kill them immediately.

    What kind of weeds? where are the weeds ? this really matters in choosing what to use ;some DIY stuff wiil ruin some surfaces(bricks) & the soil,some don't even work unless you want to constantly repeat them or mix them correctly, some kill everything.......& nothing will regrow(great on cement/gravel but not so good in garden/lawn,some weeds you cannot kill with any DIY home concoctions
