I think you are asking how to make projects rather than what to make with plexiglass. Not sure if that is what you mean but my hubby always uses his regular wood saws to cut plexiglass. ie: table saw, circular saw, bandsaw. It all works well with plexiglass. Plexiglass is so versatile!
Not sure exactly what you're asking... maybe you have a supply of plexiglass on hand? If so, lucky you... it's pretty expensive to buy. Here is a post I wrote about the attic in our former house, and how I used plexiglass in it.
Plexiglass is not inexpensive, any way you slice it.
