Let it sit with vinegar overnight and use a toothbrush to scrub any seams or external areas with lime. Rinse thoroughly before using again.
Alternatively, a product like CLR will clean it faster or if you have any areas with a lot of buildup. Rinsing is even more crucial with it though.
Bio cleaner clay will remove most anything including baked on food on pans.
