Find the source and clean with bleach
If you have sheetrock walls, you will never get rid of it. It has been absorbed into the paper covering the gypsum and into the gypsum, itself. You'll have to cut it out and replace it (usually about 3 feet should do it) and cover it with ceramic tile because this doesn't absorb anything. I know--I replaced the walls in 3 of the bathrooms in my sister's daycare. Seal the walls to the floor real good with silicon, not grout. 5 years later the bathrooms are still odor-free. PS-because it was a daycare with little boys peeing on everything, I replaced the sheetrock with cement board. It doesn't absorb anything, either. Not knowing what your situation is--is this your home or a business--this is all I can suggest. Good luck.
