Get a scoring tool and score the wallpaper. I use a 50/50 mix of vinegar and hot water in a spray bottle. Spray the wallpaper and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Check every so often if you can scrape it off with a putty knife.
Hi Nancy, Score it and use soapy water or a steamer + a Scraper to get it off. What a pain..............
Hot water in a spray bottle try to score the paper you could get a tool to do that the water will get under better then let sit 15 min then spray and scrape with a putty knife
