How can I line my fountain with a tile mosaic?
I’ve been collecting tile and broken china pieces for years (just throwing it in a box) and thought I could make a mosaic to line my fountain. Since it will be underwater what kind of glue and grout should I use? Any other considerations? THANKS!!!

No glue, adhesive, or grout will hold under water.
