There are forms you can buy at Home Depot. You just mix up the cement according to directions, pour into the forms, let set, and voila! Stones. Just keep making them until you have as many as you need.
Pouring concrete is an art. If not done correctly, it will look sloppy and even possibly fail. Here are some sites to get you started.

It can't be too hot on the day of your pour. Must be watered down several times a day to get a "slow cure" and will take at least a full 30 days to properly cure. If it dries to fast, it will crack and then you have a big mess on your hands.
If you want a solid concrete sidewalk, throats a very big DIY project.
you’ll need some strong helpers & rent a concrete mixer.
Before that you’ll need to level the ground, kill the grass, put in compacted gravel & Visqueen. All in between the 2x6 forms you’re going to drop 2” into the ground and stake in place. 4” of concrete is what you’ll need with control joints every 4’.
