If you can crochet you can make little appliques and sew them to the bleached spots

Oh my. No reversing bleach. Depending upon the fabric content of the garment, you might consider dying it. If you embroider, you can get crafty. Or use fabric glue on embellishments. Use Aleene's washable fabric glue.
