That could be turned into a cone incense burner. Or using a lighting kit and turn this into a lighting feature. At night sitting on a table it would be so beautiful.
Thanks, Betsy! I don't have a patio; I have a deck and a sun room. The deck is too small and the sun room is shabby-ish, but I think some paint would change its look.
Would be fabulous on a patio! If it has center spikes to hold wax candles, you can snip them off and get little pots to set on it. Fill with lavender, herbs, annuals, whatever strikes your fancy!
I would also suggest the idea of putting some mini plant pots in place of the candles. You can do succulents or flowers or herbs. Not sure the lighting ideas work as well for outdoor but to each their own! Hope you post a photo when you make a decision!

Good thought, Sarah. No porch!! I have a deck, though.
Thanks!
Do you have a patio? It would make a great light feature there.
Either use would be lovely! Put those battery operated candles in it and use it in any weather.
You can mount them on the sides of a frame or mirror to make a statement piece.
Thanks, Christel. I'm thinking you mean that it would wind up in front of the mirror? That's a great idea!
