Not hard, you can do this. Shut off water and drain. These will help you.

Make sure it's empty. Turn water off Disconnect the water supply line on left bottom of the tank, Two bolts fasten it to the toilet bowl from underneath. May need to use a screwdriver on the bolt heads inside the tank. Carefully lift it off. It will be heavy.
