Your doors are adjustable as well. Go to the manufacturers website for instructions. Usually there is a removable cap where you can use a screwdriver to adjust the wheels. It is also possible your wheels are cracked or broken and may need to be replaced.
After you check to make sure it is clear of any gravel stones, grit, dirt etc, try using WD 40 and oil it on top of the entire runner. See if that helps. I hope it does, Lynne
