If it has a. Shiney coating use glass cleaner that does not have ammonia. I use Sprayway glass foam
A print is a print and a painting is a painting. usually prints are not done on canvas but if t hey are it would be cleaned like any other printed surface. I would take a good bar soap like Zote, suds it up and wash the print with it. Use clear water to rinse off and dry in sun. Actually I am going to do this same thing with an old oil painting I found at an estate sale last weekend.
I’ve had good luck using waterless hand cleaner on oil paintings.
