Aside from Sharpies, what paint/ink can I use for shrinky dinks?

What type of ink that you could paint on with a brush that would have the same permanence as a Sharpie? Specifically when making shrinky dinks? Not easily flamable.

What are shrinky dinks ? What are they made of?

  It is shrunken plastic that is often made out of no. 5 - type plastic cups etc. You draw on the plastic, then heat it and it shrinks. People make jewelry or sun catchers from it.

GLOSS acrylic craft paint. The acrylic craft paint MUST be gloss finish—matte will not stick to the plastic. Apple Barrel brand from Walmart sticks better than anything found at Michaels. But you can try.
