Yes, but just buy a5 the end of the season,

i had visions of trying to start hydrangeas from chicken cutlets
So take a 6-8” cutting, dip it in rooting hormone, and stick it in some perlite. Keep moist. Pretty soon you’ll have lots of new plants.
