The more expensive Willow Tree figurines I'd set aside and not touch. Then you can give the rest of them a coat of spraypaint in the same color to create a collection of figurines you could display on shelves or place throughout your garden..
I personally don't like clutter and would goggle them to see what their value is and sell them on ebay or something like ebay. You could save up the money you make from selling these for something you need or an emergency fund.
To give them a look for a vignette, I would spray paint them all the same color. A soft ivory would be my choice.
Yard art, set them in your flower beds.

First find out/confirm any valuables. You might be surprised.
If you love all of these and want to incorporate them in a display, I would display them in a curio together or a glass enclosed shelf.
Again, first find out if any of these are truly of heirloom or antique value.
