Love the idea of using as a ribbon holder.
Paint it green and glue some tiny pink flowers on the tip of some of the pegs to create a cactus. Paint it green and hang tiny ornaments on it at Christmas.
Hi ! You hang herbs to dry on it . Hang it on a wall near the door or in a closet and hang baseball caps on it . On a fence to hang garden tools or towels if you have a look .

How about for Easter paint it pink hang decorated eggs or collectible eggs or bunnies from the tree.
You might use it as a key ring holder, either sitting on a counter top or attached to a wall.
