Bona products are what I use.

I've been using this for over 15 years. My floors look like new. Sweep first and remove all dirt, dust, & debris. Then mop with this mixture, wringing mop thoroughly.
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp blue Dawn
2 gallons warm tap water
On my painted hardwood floors I clean with water and whatever cleaner strikes my fancy but not much of it. On my hardwood l.r. floor that has a large rug on it, I dust floor and then apply a cleaner from the hardware store for such floors which you squirt on and then wipe with a damp cloth.
